4. License
On purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and adapt the templates for your own business. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the templates or a substantially similar version of them.
5. Intellectual property
All templates, text, and designs are owned by 4M Ventures LLC and protected by applicable law.
6. Digital goods; all sales final
Because products are delivered instantly as digital downloads, all sales are final and non-refundable. A full preview of contents is provided before purchase.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
Templates are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. You are responsible for confirming that a template fits your needs and complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 4M Ventures LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the templates. Total liability will not exceed the amount you paid.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of NY.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
